Shipping policy

  • Details:
    • Shipment processing time –  Every effort is made to place your order as soon as possible.  Typical pressing is 2 to 7 days depending on volume.
    • Shipping rates & delivery estimates – Rates and shipping options are presented at the time of checkout and vary by product.  For items shipped to the US, shipping is free.  All other addresses are calculated for the best rates possible.  Our products are shipped directly by the manufacturer and therefore are controlled by the supplier.
    • Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses will depend on the size of the item(s) purchased.
    • Shipment confirmation & Order tracking – Will be provided to the e-mail account given at checkout as soon as it is available, normally within 1 to 5 days of the order.
    • Customs, Duties, and Taxes – Are the responsibility of the customer based on their location.
    • Damages – Any damages caused by shipping will be eligible for a replacement of the same item or a full refund.  Please send a picture of the damaged shipment to [email protected]


Shipping Times

The following times are estimates only to give you an idea of when your item will arrive based on the country of origin (where we are shipping it from) to the USA.  Most of our products are sourced from China and time may vary.  Please note that during the Chinese New Year, shipments may be delayed beyond our average shipping times.

US & Canada – 7 to 15 days

Europe – 5 – 15 days

Places We May Not Ship 

Some products have restrictions put in place by the manufacturer about where and how their products may be sold.  All products are available to US addresses, but there may be cases that we will be unable to fulfill your order if you are outside of the US.  In those cases, if your payment was originally processed, we will provide you with a full refund within 3 business days.

Due to the high risk of fraud or insurance issues, we will be doing extra due diligence to ensure that everything is in order to before shipping to the following countries.  If you are shipping to one of the following countries, please be advised that your order may be delayed or canceled if we are unable to verify your credentials.
